Mediation

Mediation—an informal and confidential negotiation assisted by an impartial third party (the mediator) that encourages disputing parties to craft their own solutions—enhances the likelihood of continuing the business relationship. Mediation procedures are included in all of the SAIAC arbitration rules, either as an option to arbitration or as a step prior to arbitration which saves time.

Vetted Mediators

The SAIAC’s Roster of Mediators comprises distinguished retired judges as well as leaders in the legal field who are required to adhere to the South Asian International Arbitration centre (SAIAC) Rules.

Mediator Panel is especially experienced in handling mediations with large-claim disputes.

Time bound

SAIAC provides  additional resource, for organizations, attorneys, and parties seeking a mediator.

SAIAC maintains a database of mediators. The mediation proceedings can be initiated at any stage including pre-arbitration or even during arbitration.
